WOMEN'S THERAPY
At Bates Counseling and Consultation Services LLC, we specialize in creating safe spaces for women to move from healing to healed to whole. Because it’s a journey. And we all need a place for rest and renewal; a place for peace and processing. We provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive therapy to women of all ages and in all life stages. SELF-ESTEEM & IDENTITY
Building healthy self-esteem and a positive identity is essential for your mental health and well-being. Our therapists can help you explore your values, beliefs, and strengths, and develop a sense of self-worth and confidence. We offer individual and group therapy sessions for women who are struggling with body image issues, self-doubt, and other challenges related to self-esteem and identity.

Anger is a natural human emotion, but when it becomes uncontrollable, it can lead to negative consequences.
